How Can We Ensure?

R&D Design

At Gomany, our R&D team is composed of elites in the digital display industry. Our R&D philosophy perfectly combines innovation and reliability. In order to ensure that each commercial digital screen can meet the actual needs of customers, we simulate various usage scenarios and environmental conditions when designing solutions, and repeatedly test and optimize the products to ensure that they can meet customer needs in terms of performance, stability and durability.

Incoming Material Inspection

An excellent display device requires the support of many stable components. In order to make an excellent advertising machine, we will visit suppliers from OC panels, power supplies to lamp beads, and in the incoming material inspection stage, we have a dedicated quality inspection team to inspect each batch of raw materials.

Production Supervision

In the entire commercial display equipment production process, we strictly follow the 5S management standards to keep the production environment clean and efficient. In the assembly process that requires precision, we use a dust-free workshop and implement dust-free operations. At the same time, we have introduced a series of advanced production equipment, combined with production work under layer-by-layer supervision, to carry out refined management of each production link.

Unique Technology

Gomany has a series of unique technologies in commercial display devices to meet quality requirements.
OC Cutting Technology: Through high-precision cutting equipment, the OC panel can be accurately cut to ensure the flatness of the cutting edge and provide customers with better display effects.
High Color Gamut Display Technology: Through this technology, the display devices we use in medical equipment and industrial equipment can present richer colors and higher contrast, making the entire display more vivid.
High Brightness Display technology: In response to the brightness requirements under different lighting conditions, for some scenes that require high brightness, the product uses this technology to ensure that the display content can be effectively transmitted under strong light.

Quality Inspection

After our commercial LCD screens are produced, we will conduct quality inspections and aging tests on the products. Our quality inspections will also conduct detailed inspections on the products, from appearance to performance, from function to compatibility, to ensure that the quality of the products meets high standards in all aspects. We also use aging equipment to simulate various actual usage scenarios and conduct long-term, high-intensity operation tests on the products to ensure that every product you receive can remain stable in actual use.

Packaging And Shipping

We know that the safety of the screen during transportation is of vital importance, so we use PVE foam, protective film and other packaging materials to ensure the safety of the screen, and the outer packaging uses shock-absorbing cartons, combined with scientific packaging methods, to provide all-round protection for the product. At the same time, we have in-depth cooperation with multiple professional logistics partners to ensure that the products are delivered to you on time and safely.
