2. Performance Failure
Including black screen, flower screen, bright spots (exceeding industry standards), color distortion, inability to boot and other non-human performance problems.
3. Software Support
Free firmware upgrade service is provided during the warranty period.
The following situations are not covered by the free warranty service:
Man-made Damage: physical impact, liquid splashing, self-disassembly and modification, foreign objects entering the body.
Non-standard Environment: over-temperature/humidity environment (beyond the product specification range), strong electromagnetic interference location.
Unauthorized Repair: damage caused by third-party repair without manufacturer certification.
Aging of Ronsumables: natural attenuation of the backlight bar (brightness drop <30% is not a fault).
Force Majeure: natural disasters such as lightning strikes, fires, earthquakes, or power grid abnormalities.
Basic Warranty Period: 12 months (starting from the product delivery date, subject to the purchase invoice or valid contract).
Special Accessories: power adapter/remote control/cables enjoy the same 12-month warranty.

1. Extended warranty period: You can purchase an additional 1-3 years of extended warranty service (the total warranty period is up to 3 years).

- Extension of basic warranty coverage
- Priority technical support response
3.Purchase method: You must sign the "Extended Warranty Service Contract" and pay the fee during the basic warranty period.
-Required: **Original order contract** + **Complete warranty card** (including device serial number)
- Information that is inconsistent or altered will be deemed invalid
- Warranty Service Does Not Include: data recovery, appearance cleaning, bracket/hanger replacement.
- Cross-border Equipment: Use overseas requires the purchase of global warranty service separately.
